Our Approach

When Transition Partnerships was founded in 1991 we wrote 100 words to set out our approach. It still expresses our aims.

“Our particular strength is in helping individuals and organisations to manage their own development and change.

We achieve this by working with your challenges and opportunities

  • coaching you to develop a strong sense of purpose and direction
  • encouraging you to be open to new ways of thinking and to make commitments to action
  • working with you during implementation in identifying the processes and learning that need to take place - and in discovering how to achieve required outcomes
  • enabling you to focus on the processes, relationships and actions that make best use of innovative ideas and possibilities, seeking breakthroughs in thinking and action wherever appropriate.”
